Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the checkout.
In order to keep delivery fees low, we use a trackable service via New Zealand Post starting from $4.50. For orders over $60 shipping within New Zealand is free.
Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing in addition to estimated delivery times. Once sent, your order should arrive between 3-5 business days.

If you would prefer a track and trace international courier service please get in touch with us before you place your order so we can advise the additional cost.**
Shipping to Australia costs $10 and delivery takes around 10 business days.
Rest of world shipping costs $20 and delivery can take around 15 business days.
For larger orders (over 1kg / approx 10 packs) we will happily provide an estimate, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any import taxes or duties that may be incurred, or any customs/import regulations that may be necessary on import.
Our wraps are lovingly handmade and there will be small variations in each. We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns for wraps unused, in original condition with tags attached, and will provide a full refund less shipping expenses. All items must arrive back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please note returns that have been sent back to us without prior approval will not be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and encourage you to return in recycled packaging to help us reduce waste.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the refund approval. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
